All projects are governed by individual project agreements or statements of work signed by both parties. These terms serve as general guidelines.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Weblinity retains rights to general methodologies and pre-existing code libraries.

5. Limitation of Liability

Weblinity LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
